KC certification is South Korea's unification of product certification system, enterprise if need to apply for KC mark. First of all, we must apply to the Korean Institute of electrical and Electronic Testing Institute (Korea electrical testing institute, Keti) or Korea Industrial Technology Testing Institute (Korea testing laboratory, KTL). If a product is produced by several independent factories, while the product is the same model, several plants should also obtain the certification mark. Overseas manufacturers can directly apply for or authorize the South Korean local agencies and representatives of manufacturers to apply for.

KCC certification is based on South Korea's "basic law" and the radio wave method for the implementation of telecommunications equipment and products mandatory certification. Usually in the "information and telecommunication equipment certification implementation rules," the first three chapters listed in the product (or equipment) must be passed the certification and certification mark affixed, to produce, import or domestic sales in South Korea.
